The game of the lines in the stone, hard surfaces and gentle slope, faint colors that blend together and the energy that is stored for centuries in these objects have inspired these paintings.

(May 15, 2011 - March 1, 2012)Images, based on natural forms: plants, animals and the human body. The material is marl, a soft calcareous stone extracted in the Valkenburg caves. They are a passage in a quest for spirituality and wholeness. Winter and summer, rain and sun interact with the material.
